I’m Here…

It’s one o’clock in the morning and I am writing my first blog post.  I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal to most people, but to me it is almost life-changing.  You see, this step has been in the making for almost a year.

I have been wrestling with a blog name, wrestling with who my readers will be, wrestling with the fact that maybe no one can relate.  But TODAY, I made the decision that there are those who will be able to relate and there are those who will undoubtedly need hope just like I do and  my hope is that you will be able to cultivate a heart of hope along with me.

So if you have made it this far, please hit that subscribe button below and continue with me on this journey!

I am an ordinary woman, living an ordinary life, raised an ordinary family with the help of an ordinary husband and an extraordinary God. My desire is to fulfill God’s purpose for my life. I have always had the desire to learn from God’s Word and apply it my life. I speak with integrity, honesty and grace splashed with a little humor. I am down to earth, easy to understand and relatable. I aspire to encourage the Body of Christ to cultivate a heart of hope in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The beautiful state of Montana has been my home for most of my life and I enjoy small town living. I live in a wonderful community and I am thankful we were able to raise our three children there. Besides writing and speaking, I enjoy watercolor painting and using my creative talents to bless others through art. My greatest blessings include my husband of over 30 years and my children. Things I love: pink, raspberries and cream, and going for a drive in the countryside. Things I don’t love: orange, liver and onions, and rush hour.

    1. Thank you, dear girl! I have been putting this off and just getting it started has been so exhilarating. You know how you know when you are doing the thing you should be doing…that’s me right now in this space. Miss you too!

  1. Glad your doing this Kim. I know it’s been on your heart for several years, just waiting for God’s timing and the time is now, in our very broken world. Will be praying for God’s wisdom and words to flow through you as you bless others.
